Although the technicians were very friendly, they obviously trained to upsale the deal once in your house. I had the money mailer coupon for 4 bedrooms and hallway for $59.00 I was told that I could not substitute a fourth bedroom for my stairway. I only have 3 bedrooms. Okay, now we're up to 93.00. But if I wanted an extra deep cleaning, it would cost $309.00 l will tell you that shoes are not worn in my home, no pets and only two reside here. The carpet is pretty darn clean. I basically wanted a good steam extraction and freshening. So for $93.00 the guys were in and out of my house in 45 minutes or less. There were two small spots my teenager's room, spilled beverage that I followed up and removed. It would have taken just an extra stroke or two with the extractor to do the job right. To top it off, stupid me tipped 20% before checking their work. Typical Vegas hit em and quit em business.
