I wish I had read the reviews on Yelp before signing up. Long story short, I wanted to install a security system in my home but knew that we would be moving in the next six months. Prior to signing a contract I asked their salesman what would happen when I moved and he assured me that they would install a new system (no matter how many times we moved) in our new home with no additional charges. I paid $500 to install the system and six months later when getting ready to move I was told that I would have to pay an additional $500 for a new system. When I talked to a customer service manager, she basically told me that she thought I was lying. I've been going back and forth with them for months and months. They are still providing monitoring services to a home I don't even own any more despite being made aware last October that those services were no longer needed. I haven't been able to resolve with them so I've gone to the Attorney General for Maryland and the Better Business Bureau. At this point I don't even want a new system I just want to be done with them.
