Well this company apparently has gone down - way down. I have come to this location for years with prior management. I dropped my Tesla off for a hand wash and returned to find a quarter size gouge in the front bumper. The manager in duty wrote the report and told me don't worry they are a reputable company. I would receive a call from their corporate office within 48 hours. No call so I waited until Monday 4 days later. I couldn't speak to the person who would help me but the woman I spoke to took the message and assured me I would get a call back the same day. Nothing. Two months of effort no results.
On to the next level I assume.
Who wants to go through this challenge?! I would not trust them with your car.
They have not proven to be a reputable company.
