I love their ice cream and their service is extraordinary- very friendly staff and very patient!
They always have new flavors to try, and last time I got a hazelnut that reminded me of ice cream in Germany- which is the best I have ever tasted.
I have also tried the garlic cheese spread, which was very good.
The main thing about Udder Delights is that it is SO FRESH- which can be a bad thing. The pint of Pink Bubblegum ice cream the very next day did not taste as great as when I first sampled it in-store. Same with the garlic spread- but I still ate all of it since it was good anyway.
The ambiance of the store is cute, when you just look at the counter where they get your ice cream and ring you up. The dessert case is usually less than half full though, and the tables and chairs are quite beat up for only being in business for a few years. I suggest getting rid of the empty freezers to make it more inviting- or fill them up with fake display cakes to not only market their decently good decorator but to avoid the "going out of business" feeling.
Pricing is a bit higher than a Cold Stone- which I find to be $.60-1.00 overpriced to begin with. But, you pay for freshness. I would like to try a shake but I remember pricing being just too much for me.
Overall: great staff and delectable fresh treats. I have started my Udder Delights frequent buyer card already :-)
