I feel like I'm giving away a huge "secret" because I think I found the best stylist at Mood Swings! I've been coming to this salon for a few years and every stylist has been good but I finally found the stylist that made me actually want to book an appointment far in advance which I never have done before. I only got a bang trim today but she spent more time and care on my bangs than some have spent on my whole hair! There was some confusion on their policy for complimentary bang trims which hopefully they will make more clear to clients in the future. It makes total sense that if you go to the same stylist, you get complimentary bang trims with that stylist. It was never explained to me before and somehow I had been getting complimentary bang trims over and over with different stylists (while of course still getting a full haircut every so often). Of course I've always tipped the stylist for the free bang trim but I made sure to give Julz a much larger tip because she really deserved it. I even left feeling guilty that perhaps I didn't give her enough. I've already got my next appointment booked with her and no more bang trim confusion!
