The hotel is very outdated. Checking in on a Friday night around midnight was a nightmare. We waited over an hour. Harrah's needs to find a better and more efficient way to handle their check in process. They have ads that mention rooms have been renovated but I guess not all of them have yet. We were misled! My group got 2 rooms, one where it didnt have a great view of the pool that we had and they didnt have a tv in their bathroom. We didnt have a fridge in our room and the AC was terrible. I guess it detects motion so it turns off automatically which makes is unbearably hot when you enter your room. The hallways always stunk and anyone can pretty much enter your floor since Harrah's doesn't have the extra security where guests need to scan their room keys to access the elevator. The only thing great about this hotel was that it was on the strip.
