A long line does form as many people expect this business to open earlier than 11am. When they open the doors everyone rushes in to be seen first. There is a "Take A Number" machine but this is not knowledgeable to you unless you have been here before and the employee didn't make this known until it was too late and some people who waited outside the closed doors for only 5 minutes were seen sooner than those who waited 1+ hours. The employee could easily have acknowledged us, said good morning and explained the simple procedure. With that said the woman that assisted me became pleasant after a few minutes (she was a bit snippy at first) but was not knowledgeable and needed assistance from another employee so I could purchase a dog tag. Sadly I will have to visit this business one more time.
