Dr. Lam, along with the staff, are amazing. The first time I went to him was last year when I had to get a root canal for a tooth I was ignoring for far too long. I haven't been to a dentist in quite awhile and I knew I needed to go at this point. I made a call and got an appointment relatively quickly (within a week I believe). Like most, I greatly disliked going to the dentist as a kid - the sounds, the smell, everything. Dr. Lam is professional and personable and makes you feel comfortable. Before performing anything, they will talk over their suggested plan and cost analysis - no hidden fees. During the whole procedure , I wasn't uncomfortable or in pain - though he prescribed me some painkills just in case. I was worried about going to work directly after the procedure, but I wasn't in any pain whatsoever (slightly numb and swollen, but manageable). I've gone back to him two times since my root canal and have never been disappointed with treatment. Your mouth will appreciate the time you made to make the appointment.
