TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!!! We were told that the shuttle will pick us up from Aria at Noon for our 2PM flight. Waited for 45 minutes and still no shuttle. Saw all the other shuttle vans come and go several times. Only people still waiting for shuttle were all for Executive Shuttle. Everyone kept calling the company and they kept hanging up on us. Few of us who were lucky enough to get a hold of a person were just told that the shuttle is on its way. We ended up barely making our flight, running through the airport. VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT USE IT IF YOU HAVE A PLANE TO CATCH!!!!! I'd give zero star if that's an option!!!
