Scheduling doesn't know what they're doing they cancel your permanent spots and give them to somebody else. They inconvenience you by charging you when you're late and don't let you go to your appointment but when they mess up your schedule and make you drive across town for nothing nothing is done what a huge inconvenience really considering taking my son out of this place!!
