After my initial review I wish I had better things to say about AMA Repiping but overall I absolutely dont. I had a run in the next day with one of their workers around 8 in the morning after I had posted a sign on our front door of our apartment asking them to knock and wait for us to answer before entering in case my girlfriend was getting dressed or asleep (which they had done the day before). As 8 am rolled around I heard someone slam on the door as hard as they could with their fist and then kick my door open as hard as they could as well. It was a short slightly balding white guy and I asked him what the hell his problem is slamming on my door like that at 8 am and kicking it open since I had a sign posted asking to knock and wait for me to answer. He got right up in my face and started cussing me out, being very aggressive towards me, and telling me "im sick of dealing with you apartment people all day". I immediately kicked him out of my apartment and called his supervisor about his insane behavior. To my surprise, his supervisor, AJ, defended him and told me he was keeping the man on the job despite his attitude and craziness towards myself and my girlfriend. He also stated if that man didnt work in my unit they would have to cap my water and turn it off indefintely until they could get another crew out which could have taken days. I had to call the police and get them to confront AJ about not allowing this man back into my apartment and making sure they finished up the job without him coming around me and my girlfriend again. What was even more shocking is I had called AJ before this happened about them knocking before entering because my girlfriend was home and asleep the first day they started and he told me it wouldnt happen again. After this all went down, they still kept the same crazy employee working in every unit besides mine and he stopped to stare me down as I walked by him the rest of those days. I called their corporate office and told them about how uncomfortable and horrible it was to deal with this bs and I really hope they dont want an employee who causes stupid problems like that working with them anymore. Id like to also say I spoke to the rest of the workers and they were fine nice people who just wanted to do their job without causing issues.
