-friendly employee at the register -not too many selections of the frozen yogurt -the gummy bears was very very hard! :( - I ended up throwing them. -very odd store layout, especially you can't see the employee when you come in. -I hope they play music on their store, instead of the TV's... It feels so "dead", especially when you come in and no one is there eating inside or getting their FROYO.
