In this day and age, major corporations should be up-to-date from a technology standpoint, and have a means of electronic communication for their customers. I am currently sitting on hold with the reservations desk. I've been on hold for 20 minutes, and have to get back to work in 2 minutes. I've checked the US Airways website and there is no link for me to leave them a message. Instead, I'm forced to sit on hold waiting for someone to answer my call. My time is valuable, and I do not appreciate US Airways for its poor customer service. Get a clue, really!
