Primebar is an interesting place. It does a passable job of being all things to all people - restaurant, club and bar.
If people watching is a big thing for you -- you will enjoy it. All that makes Scottsdale great and questionable at the same time is here. None of that takes away the "fun most nights" component. Several of the earlier reviewers got this one aspect pegged. A fun, good looking group of patrons is always present and keeps the crowds coming back.
It is very busy after dinner hours and the bands are pretty good.
The food is solid and the service is alright (meaning should be better for what you are paying for on the meal). The menu provides a nice selection but the food items are a bit overpriced for the quality, but not by any means bad.
