Do not trust their 'Same Day Service' promise.. Complete lies.
On Monday we dropped off several articles of clothing right when the place opened and they said it would be ready that same day after 5pm. This would have been perfect since my fiancé was starting interviews for a promotion the following day and had specifically selected this place because of their 'Same Day Service.'
Leaving the place I looked at the receipt to see the ticket said ready on Tuesday at 5pm, I called to confirm that this was an error at about 8am. They said it was, that everything would be ready today after 5pm.
My fiancé went back after 5pm to find that nothing was done, their machines had apparently broken and they had to send our clothes to another location. This meant that are items would not be ready until Tuesday after 9am. We ended up having to go shopping for clothes for his interview since his nice work clothes were now M.I.A. - mind you there was no phone call to notify us of this issue.
On Tuesday, my fiancé went to pick up the clothes.. they still were not back at the shop and he was told Wednesday after 9am. He was able to get them to agree to a discount and put it in writing.
I went on Wednesday to pick up the clothes and they only had half of our item ready, I could see another item of mine hanging and asked for it- they said they couldn't because it was on a separate ticket and they were waiting for the rest of the ticket- it would be ready on Wednesday after 2pm. I left with half the order wondering if they had the rest of my fiancé shirts as I didn't see them and there was no mention of it. I got home, checked the original ticket in which all items were listed and called.. They had everything but it wouldn't be ready until after 3pm on Wednesday.
Friday I was able to pick everything up.
Never again. There was no communication from the store about the issue of their broken machine and our order having to now take 3 days when we had originally been promised 'Same Day Service." There was no offer of "if you need to here is the location of your clothes if you need to pick them up sooner then they can be delivered back to our store." There was also no offer of a discount, we had to argue for one as they failed to keep their promise of same day service.
Do not trust this store.
