the spa is ancient and decrepit. my friend and i were expecting to go to a gorgeous spa for a day of pampering and we walk into an old, creaky spa. they had an empty jacuzzi with a massage table in it. the showers only expelled hot water in it. and the lockers to keep your things in was something from a high school. i think schools get better lockers.
the robes were very scratchy, and the flip flops were very cheap and enormous on all the women (are they used to ladies with big feet?). i don't think they differentiate male and female.
the massage rooms were not even rooms. fake walls that didn't reach the ceiling, and you could hear everyone in the rooms over.
the only one positive about the spa was margo. she is an excellent masseuse. she got into my glutes and lower back as requested. but for $90/pop for the massage.. and a spa u don't want to luxuriate in... not worth it!
