Being the only customer in a restaurant is a telling sign. The wait for my sandwich and fries was minimal, but they made the wrong sandwich- not even close to what I ordered. The fries were clearly cooked before the sandwich and were lukewarm and limp. The waiter realized the sandwich problem and remade the correct sandwich but did not bring new fries. He left the first batch of disgusting fries on the table and thought that was good service... $15 wasted on an average sandwich and cold fries. Stayed at the hotel another four days and never went back. There's great food within a block.
