It makes me so sad to have to write a bad review for this place. My husband bought their unlimited wash package for 14.99 a month. The manager is awesome and the car wash does a really good job. Why the bad review? The second month, our membership was renewed without our permission, not the best business practice but we let it slide. Then the wash, which is supposed to be open until 7, started closing at anywhere from 615 to 645. That is the time we were able to use the service. This happened at least twice a week. Then anytime there was a cloud in the sky, they would close down the wash. So basically we could not wash our car, but they could keep our money! The following month we cancelled the payment on our charge card and now go to another car wash that stays open, sometimes past closing if there is a need!
