I have never written on poor experiences before because I myself work in the service industry. This comment isn't in lieu of looking for any retribution. But no matter how much I love your brand, juices and smoothies... I am DONE with this location. Today I was actually excited to pull up to the drive-tru window when I noticed that the regular clerk wasn't working today. His name starts with a M and ends with a T. He typically is so incredibly unenthusiastic, uninterested and unpleasant. I don't know if he is just not a morning person, or if he flat out dislikes his job. He never smiles or even looks you in the eye. Today there were two different young ladies who were much more pleasant, but after being the first person in the window and the worlds largest line waiting behind me.. They got my order wrong.. She apologized, which I appreciated but I wasn't going to make the huge line behind me wait any longer for something that should have been done correctly the first time. Again I'm not sure if it is lack of training or motivation, but it's not worth it to me anymore. Just wanted to let someone know... Maybe it's just my luck to never have a Good experience.
