Just a summerlicious review. I tried:
Candied salmon: pretty dish, flavours are good, I think I can recommend this starter. I enjoyed it.
Roast beef grilled cheese: So greasy but actually kinda got sick of eating it. I think it needed something other than the horseradish aioli to cut thru the grease.
Lavender creme brulee: for some reason I tasted no lavender, and there wasnt a hard, carmelized layer on top to break through it was just brown and soft on top. Not sure about this execution. Don't recommend this.
One of the great things about Red's is the service and the restaurant itself is a nice environment to chill in and eat. But I would stick to the regular menu.
