I have been looking to change my lifestyle for the better. So why not start by fueling my body with what it needs and the vitamin shoppe was the BEST place! First, I am clueless when it comes to vitamins. I usually go to giant eagle and purchase the popular brand vitamin. When I went into the Vitamin shoppe for the first time I was instantly greeted by a sales associate! Which is rare nowadays and a plus in my book!. The sales associate asked what I was in the market for. And I replied vitamins. So that's when the sales associate schooled me on synthetic vitamins vs organic vitamins. He introduced me to a line called the garden life(which might I add is AMAZING) broke down the ingredients on the bottle, helped me understand the difference between synthetic and raw vitamins. I highly recommend this particular store. You will leave more knowledgable then when you entered the store.
