You don't have to be a genius to know the service is just not good at the apple stores. Won't bore with all details. Just needed to get a screen repair for my kids phone,3day wait 15 minutes of girl typing info into her tablet just to be told I needed her Apple ID (for a screen replacement) which I didn't have and as she is in school couldn't get. It's just ALWAYS so difficult to deal with the geniuses. Good news was I took it 10 minutes away replaced the screen for $75 vs the $109 apple price and took 30 minutes vs the hour and a half Apple time. Thanks iPhone Doctor.
