Worst experience with this service ever!! Have been a customer for years, when I can get a delivery driver to show up. The current driver I have is a no show!!! Would text the day before that he will be at my home and then never shows up. Driver before him was awesome, showed up every time, driver before her was also MIA. I have called into Schwan's to complain about not having a driver show up and was told that I would receive a call within 48 hrs, that was close to 3 weeks ago!!! Your company does not care about customer service, you do not employ reliable drivers in our area. No notices are left - nothing - service in AZ is completely awful. Would not recommend this service to anyone in AZ with how they treat customers.
