Long wait times..waited an hour for my turn (over the scheduled appointment time). The staff seldom provides truthful info on how much longer it will be. Very very inefficient and deceiving operation. Parking is very expensive around this clinic. They don't even have a water tap or something. Very bad experience, would never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone reading this.
