These guys are very reliable and you can trust them. I called them because their address showed close to where I live in Scottsdale. I wanted to deal locally. I called on Super Bowl Sunday for a blocked line on the outside of my house. It has been plugged before so I was prepared for what needed to be done. It was going to require a 'snaking'. They called back right away. They showed up within an hour. Even on Super Bowl sunday!! Donny, the technician, figured out the blockage was between my house and the alley. This was a different spot than I expected. His snake was not cooperating for a little bit and was going backwards towards the house so he was having trouble clearing it. Once he got it to go the correct direction, the clog was cleared relatively easily. All in all, both pipes got snaked. I am very happy with their service and will definitely call these guys when I need help again!
