I recently visited this place, and thought I found my apartment to move to.... until I read all the yelp reviews. Didn't ask about security, but from the reviews I'm reading, there is a lack of. In addition to my concern moving in was the prices. It is a nice place, but everything adds up. I would have a short term lease resulting to an additional $200 a month! And I upstairs is $50 more, wood floors $50 more, and don't forget power which isn't included... when you think you'll be renting a small 644sq ft. one bedroom apartment for $1,040 a month, you'll really be spending $1,400k+! If there was no short-term lease additional cost, it would be a consideration. But $200 additional is just too much...
