I went to Blackstrap when it first opened and enjoyed it very much. Since then, I'm not sure what's happened but the quality seems to have gone down with meats being dry and tough. We ordered delivery (something new for Blackstrap?) yesterday and it was a straight up disaster. If you offer delivery, and especially if you charge extra for it (+$3.00), please do it well. We ordered two plates, both of which are supposed to come with a side. They forgot one plate entirely, delivered us one plate with the wrong side, and added the two sides that we originally ordered as "extras" (so we were charged the full amount for the two sides that were supposed to be included with our plates). We called to try to rectify the issue. The person on the phone could not understand, for the life of her, what had gone wrong with the order, and that the two sides we had ordered were supposed to be included with the plates. 30 minutes later, they sent us the missing plate (no sides, no sauce) and charged the full amount for it. Sorry, Blackstrap - but it's the last time.
