If zero stars were an option that is without a doubt what they would get. My husband bought my engagement ring and my wedding band at this location. Thank god we got the insurance in it because I have had it for 16 months and the same diamond has fallen out of my ring twice. The first time I had only had the ring for 3 months. It's one of the tiny diamonds in the wedding band that is protected by the large diamond on the engagement ring. Both rings are fused together. This last time the gave me a completion date of 9/11. On 9/14 we called and inquired on the status and got some lame run around. Today my husband called and they acted like they were doing us a favor by replacing the diamond for free...wth that's why it's got the life time warranty on it! That is why I take it in every 6 months to have it inspected! You messed up on your end and didn't follow through with your job but you're not accountable...what do you really care...you're not the one without your wedding ring for the second time in 16 months. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR YOUR jewelry!!
