Fibber's is a good time! I've only eaten there a couple times, but the sheperd's pie was very good, as were the fish and chips and a couple of the appetizers.
Mainly I go there on the weekends to knock back a few pints and see the bands. The place is really poppin' when the Brazen Heads play, for example, and I don't see all the depressed and downcast people mentioned in one of the earlier reviews.
I don't really get the thing about folks of different ethnicities being treated poorly at Fibber's. I've been there with black guys and Indian guys, and none of the servers seemed to give a damn about their skin color. They just poured the beer and collected the money.
I'll be there tonight for the Great Guinness Toast, too!
