1 star or less for check in and front desk staff. The process takes forever and the people there are not always trained as rest of the staff. Day 1 front desk lost reservation that gaming made for me and I lost my room and went somewhere else that night. Next night line is 25 deep and took close to an hour and a half to check in with only 6 registers open and every now and again one of the 6 left for awhile. Went down at midnight to extend a few night. No line. So straight to girl at desk. Took a half an hour for her to extend my stay. No joke. 15 minutes into the wait I said forget it I'll do it tomorrow. She said "I'm done. Just swipe card and you can sign" as she continues to type and it takes another 15 minutes. So annoying. Rest of hotel is great
