I used Green Carpet Cleaning to freshen up my carpets and remove a few pet stains. During the initial visit, the some stains remained. That same afternoon the management called to follow up and I let them know that I was unsatisfied. They were eager to make it right and the following day Christian arrived with a special stain remover and was able to get better results. I appreciate the fact that the company stands by their work.
