Just completed a kitchen remodel. I chose this company because they were personable, friendly, seemed to understand what I was looking for.
Some of the other companies I called were busy and said they were fully booked.
But that's where all the good things ended. I could write a book on how bad things were but I'll just get into the main points. You can email me directly if you want more info on anything.
There were many things I was told prior to the remodel that didn't come true. First, I was told that I'd know who was coming to my house and when. But the reality was I didn't really know most of the time. There was no consistency. Sometimes people came at 7. But sometimes they didn't come until after lunch. Sometimes they were done at lunch, sometimes not done until after lunch.
They worked on my kitchen in piecemeal. They did 1 minor thing a day and then that was that. I assume it was because they had other projects they were doing simultaneously.
And that gets me to my second complaint. They took forever. They said it would take 3 weeks maybe a little more. But the reality of it all was they took a few MONTHS. They didn't try their best to get this done as soon as possible. And when I brought this up to them, they didn't offer apologies just excuses.
The quality of the work is suspect. The tile they installed had tons of lippage and they redid it but only because I complained about it. Otherwise, they'd have passed off horrible work as finished. Trash was left in front of my house for days. The demo team left their trash on the side of my house for 2 weeks and it wasn't even picked up until I mentioned it! Don't expect the extra mile being done on your project, expect the bare minimum. Avoid this company at all costs.
Some of the very positive reviews for this company were all done in March 2017. So keep that in mind because their experience isn't the same as my experience.
