Laser nurse/technician is very abrupt and cold in person. Professionalism is lacking. Contract guarantees touch ups if there is less than 10-15% of regrowth-- she was very disgruntled to do these touch ups! I had to "remind" them that my contract states such. They even attempt to dissuade you by not providing complimentary skin numbing cream. After two touch-ups, each visit feeling more malignant and hostile, I gave up. Results overall unsatisfactory as I had to resume plucking facial hair after course was complete. Although prices are competitive for area, lack of friendliness and poor results make this a sub-par establishment.
P.S. yelp user: I have fair/moderate complexion, dark brown hair, and NO hirsuitism. These laser establishments often use old non FDA approved lasers then blame poor results on skin complexion, level of melanin pigment in hair, and or hormonal imbalances.
