I love target but today their customer service was plain horrible. They had sale signs for a cartwheel discount on something that was excluded. When I went to customer service to ask why I didn't get the discount since the sign was there they said it was excluded: i thought it was a mistake since they put the sign on the product anyways. Then instead of calling the manager up the rent a cop lady got involved. She tried telling me they put signs all over to inform customers of the sale. That's the biggest load of crap I've ever heard. I worked retail before and normal places don't do that. Any why the heck their rental cop was getting involved I have no idea. The manager should have been called up front. I could see if I was being a loud disturbance, but I wasn't I was just trying to get everything figured out. Rent a copy lady told me to call corporate. So I did and they are mailing me a gift card for the money I should have been saving and the store is getting a write up cause of this stupid rent a cop. Poor customer service here, and this isn't the first time. I wish I lived near a different target since I love target so much.
