I would like to give a minus , considering My past week with discount cab.My 62 yr old bf /upstairs neighbor has regularly scheduled appointments ongoing every week. (With notes to please give the woman alloted time to get down.the stairs w/her cane)Mostly doctors appts.,but good things are happening in her life. starting a new job she pre arranged pickups..The following is her schedual &the cab performance. (I am her contact #)
Mon.doctor-I had to call several times, AND then the driver drove down our culdsac circled around and keept on rolling.
Tue.no return ride showed
Wed-same, had to call several times just for cab to head her way
Thur more of the same
Friday work-pick up scheduled time 7am i call @6:58 no cab on the call yet, they say call back in 7 mins.The next call they still had no cab in route @7:18am i was told 8 mins awayHOW DOES DIS. CABS CLOCK TICK???? CERTAINLY NO FOR THE CUSTOMER.
if u have never called a cab, but need one now, never call discount , they are overpriced And dont care if u get there.
