If I could give this lady 0 stars I would. I read the reviews and was so excited to make an appointment with her. Well I got there and told her I wanted a trim and just a clean up and some highlights showed her 3 pictures of the idea and she said she understood and started away. Well she chopped up my hair and I ended up with ashy tiger streaks! I thought maybe it was the lightning so I went home nope still looking like a tiger and called her hoping she could fix it! She then proceeded to yell at me because I wasn't "clear" enough with what I wanted..um I showed you 3 pictures! Then she said well sh*t let me figure out tomorrow I might be able to fix it. I spent a 180 dollars! You could have been a little nicer and I supposely got half off and it was still that much. I had a new girl at a different salon and she luckily was a life saver. I won't be back to this lady I don't need to pay 180 to have sh*tty hair and get yelled at.
