Again, absolutely horrible. My phone broke, went to sprint to get another one, they tell me because I am purchasing one phone on their monthly payment plan and "leasing" my other phone (every 2 year upgrade deal) that I can only activate two additional lines and get two additional phones but that until the one phone is paid for in full and/or the other one is off lease (December) then I am stuck with those broken phones on those lines unless I want to pay them off early and sign a new lease and buy new phones. I even brought in an old phone to use since I just need a working phone and they said no, they cant activate another phone on either of my phone lines. Seriously!? Their insurance which I pay extra for each month is absolutely useless, it covers nothing. Not to mention that as usual they lock me out of my online account on a regular basis so I have no online access to anything when it comes to Sprint. Then I find out that there is a difference between a Sprint store and a Sprint Corporate Store...buyer beware....a Sprint store is not Sprint they are 3rd parties and any business conducted with them is not with Sprint. Crazy!!!
