I purchased a gift card for $250 for my Bridal party the end of august 2013. One week later I get a phone call they are "closing" . They let me know they want to refund me in the begining of September. I went to the location the next day for the refund at the exact time I told her I would be there, the store was closed. I then tried calling, no one answers, no voice mail options. This goes on for several days. I find them on FB private message them and the assure me my refund is coming. They say they will drop it off at the shop next door to their former location. That days comes and the girl she was leaving it with conveniently not in that day. I then message them again and ask for my refund, this is for my wedding and I really need it back. She asks for my address and claims she will mail it. 3 days later no tracking number or package. (she was going to send package ups and give me tracking info.) I then call my bank to get the refund. They refund immediately and explain she was probably egging me on so I would reach the "60 day mark" when credit card refunds by banks are no longer allowed. I am so glad I called my bank in time. If not I would have been out $250!! HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE
