My entire experience at this Peoria Discount Tire location has been terrible. I arrived with a flat tire, literally riding rim and pulled in to a stall. I was advised by the outside tech that he couldn't help me and I would have to pull around and go inside. After standing inside for almost 10 minutes without even being acknowledged I finally got a representative to assist me, to only be interrupted by another employee during our interaction about some order that had not arrived. I have been sitting in the store for almost 2 hours without as much as an update, the phone has been ringing off the hook and no one seems to care, and then looked out the window to find my car had not even been taken back yet, they were just taking it back. I was never given an estimated time, I was not given a receipt for $34 I had to pay for some unknown reason because all four of my tires are under warranty and I shouldn't have any cost for a flat replacement. You don't even have the Continental tire that I purchased at the Tatum and Bell location in stock here, So after wasting 2 hours of my time today, I have to come back tomorrow to do that same thing to actually get the tire that's under warranty. Feeling like I should have taken my business to Big O or Firestone; I probably would have not only gotten an acceptable level of service but they probably would have had my warranty covered item in stock.
