Lilly, the makeup
Artist did a very poor job. I recently finally paid a good amount of money to get it all redone. The lady that is doing my tattooing now , is wonderful. She said the top eyeliner Lilly did is crooked. I truly can't believe I paid almost seven hundred dollars. I got three areas done :( It's bothersome to think about. ( beware of Lilly having a friend on yelp that will leave you negative and mean comments. That would be a woman or friend of Lilly's named Roxann S. ) yelp is for us as customers to let our experiences be known. I will continue to do so. Positive and the negative. And Shame on Roxann S. for her cold and callous message to me. Sounds like she is just angry someone's unhappy with her friend Lilly's service.
