What a let down! Today was my 3 rd visit to this place! The previous 2 visits I had exceptional service BUT today when I took all my kids for a special treat driving from Centennial Hills my visit was not only embarrassing but without popcorn! The lady (Caucasian blond with colors in hair ) was alone. She was helping a couple and my family. She started out good by offering a sample and excusing herself to help the other people. We had two samples and then she said this! You can have only 3 Samples and then you HAVE TO BUY! I was embarrassed and told her don't worry I will buy! But as I stood there I thought what a terrible sales person! The very reason you sell that popcorn is due to SAMPLES I was there with 3 teenagers! For sure you would have sold 3 smalls at the least BUT the last two visits I walked away with 20 plus dollars of your popcorn! Because I live far away! I could understand if my children went alone but they were with me! So her nasty unprofessional comment lost you a customer! I am a salesperson by trade and this slip of the tongue should be used as a training to your whole team.. I will personally tell EVERYONE I KNOW of my experience!
