Where to begin? I ordered a toasted almond iced coffee and a donut. The total came to $6.40 which seemed awfully high. That made me wonder if maybe she thought I wanted an iced coffee with almond milk (which I'm allergic to, but she didn't bother to clarify when I ordered). She told me that she did in fact charge me for almond milk and had already run my card. I told her not to worry about the charge but clarified what I would like. I've never had coffee taste like mold before, until now.
To sum up, I was overcharged for the wrong item and when it was corrected I got coffee that tasted like mold. Super gross. Additionally, I still feel like it's made with almond milk, which will lead to very uncomfortable circumstances should I ignore the mold flavor and continue drinking it. I paid nearly 7 dollars for this. Zero stars. Severely grossed out/disappointed.
