I think that Delta lives up to its 3 star rating... but nothing special. I stayed at the Delta for 2 nights. The check-in procedure was very fast and organized, I was given a key immediately no questions asked. When I entered my room, it was decent, the room was a big old, there was an ancient tv, a comfortable bed, large windows and a balcony. The bathroom was large but a bit gloomy, regardless though, it was clean. The problems that I had in my room was it was really cold. Even when I turned on the heat to max, it was still really cold, also, the heat sounds like an earthquake ever time it turned on and that woke me up multiple times during the night... Aside from that, my room also had a bunch of other problems, the hair dryer didn't work, and neither did the phone... I could make out going calls but can't receive incoming calls... they tried to fix it but at the end they still couldn't and I didn't really need the phone... Overall, its not a bad place to stay, if you want a 3 star hotel, this is it for you. The location is amazing though. Its in between McGill and Place des Arts Metro stops (you can walk indoors from there to the Eaton center and Chinatown), its also close to McGill!
