Went in when an injury to my leg got infected. Forgot you could make an appointment online and walked in. Was seen within 30 minutes. The receptionist was very polite and respectful. The assistant who took my vitals was exceptional. She removed my present bandage and cleaned the wound. She apologized every time I said "ouch" - very sympathetic! Saw J.D. Michels - PA-C - who was excellent - first he listened (much appreciated in the medical profession) and then explained everything to me that I needed to do in great detail. Probably spent more time with me than he should have.
This has become my "neighborhood" clinic for "everyday" medical situations. The most professional, caring, medical personnel I have seen. Highly recommend.
