My home warranty company referred me to this company. Never again will I use them, they are so UNPROFESSIONAL that its unbelievable. From the receptionist to the Plumber's, I dealt with 2 of them.
One had the nerve to hang up the phone on me, because he cant explain a simple process, he is lucky we were not face to face, it would have been a different reaction. That is no way to deal with people who help you pay your bills.
I called their office for 5 hours straight every 10 minutes and went to the answering service each time.
NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY !!!!!!
