We found the front desk to be very professional.
Not a fan of the sleep number beds. Just not as comfortable as a normal mattress, but you can't make everybody happy. To us, they seemed like a glorified air mattress.
The complimentary breakfast offers pretty much everything including French toast. They staff the breakfast well, too.
The pool and deck area are nice, and so is the covered parking.
Happy hour drinks and a decent dinner restaurant, which serves sandwiches and a few other items.
A free shuttle operates for a three mile radius.
Our refrigerator froze everything we placed in it.
