My husband and I went to the city national arena to go to the arsenal and while in the arena we saw the restaurant so we decided to finally check it out once and for all..
What a mistake and quite frankly a waste of time!! We checked out the menu and sat down as the sign said "Seat yourself"
We sat down and sat there and sat there, for about 10 minutes. Nobody ever once came by and said we will be with you, or gives us just a minute. I looked around a few times and the other customers were being helped but we were never even approached. Its disappointing because the menu looks great!! I, myself and I'm the customer service industry and to not even be acknowledged is ridiculous.
Not happy!!
