I just got a mocha frappucino and asked for no whip cream and when the lady gave it to me it already looked like it was melting and tasted crappy Oh and she put whip cream which is not a big deal but she did not look like she cared at all and now I am chucking it in the garbage after trying to force myself to drink it. Not impressed! I should have returned it right away.
