Where to begin? My fiancee and I came to pick up her dress, and the following happened:
1) Sales associate on the floor assumed we were just here to "look at accessories" instead of asking us what we needed, then took quite some time to call anyone to help us
2) Had an associate (actually, this may have been the owner) come to help us eventually, then treat my fiancee so condescendingly that I had to step in. This sales associate also could not locate my fiancee's dress, and claimed we gave her the incorrect name information (it was given to her in a 'lastname-comma-fullname' format, written down--what's to not understand? Why the attitude?)
3) Treated so rudely throughout to the point where if we hadn't already paid a deposit, we would have been out of there without paying.
Hey, guess what, Best for Bride? We were both going to do our alterations (two dresses = more $$$) there and buy accessories. You just lost out on that business. Would absolutely not recommend.
