I really appreciated their online scheduling service because when it was time, we wanted to get it scheduled as fast as possible. They called us the night before the appt to confirm everything and talk to us about the process so we would know what to expect. The next morning we were counting down the minutes and the person arrived exactly on time. I don't know what I would have done if she was late but she was precisely on time and I was very grateful for that. The procedure was peaceful and I am thankful that we were able to keep our dog comfortable at home. He hates the vet office.
